How credits work

Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. Subscriptions refresh on a schedule with rollover (Standard up to 150, Pro up to 300). Both use the same Keyweaver Credit balance across every AI plugin. Guest trials: Cuemark 5 · Superconductor 20 · Trillian 12 · Tambourine 15.

Questions

Do credits expire?

Credits purchased as a one-time pack never expire. On Monthly Standard, up to 150 unused credits roll over each month; on Pro, up to 300. Any beyond that are forfeited at the renewal date.

What counts as one credit?

One Keyweaver Credit is shared across Cuemark, Superconductor, Trillian, and Tambourine. Cuemark uses about 1 credit per minute of audio (rounds up). Superconductor starts at 8 credits per clip. See the cost table above. Re-styling Cuemark after generate is free.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access to your credits and Monthly features until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked.

What currencies are supported?

We show GBP in the UK, EUR across the eurozone (and nearby Europe), and USD in the US, Canada, and most other countries - based on your IP location. Stripe checkout uses the same currency for your region. We never store card details.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer refunds for unused credit packs within 14 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started, but you can cancel immediately to prevent future charges. Email hello@keyweaver.io for any billing queries.

Are credits shared across Keyweaver AI plugins?

Yes. One Keyweaver Credits balance covers Cuemark, Superconductor, Trillian, and Tambourine. Ludo does not use credits.
