Short answer
Premiere Pro does not ship a complete "type script → pick voice → drop on timeline" AI voiceover suite comparable to dedicated VO plugins. Editors who need that loop usually install a CEP panel such as Trillian for Premiere.
What Adobe offers instead
Adobe continues to expand Sensei/Firefly features across Creative Cloud. Availability depends on your plan and app version. Even when generative features exist, many editors still prefer a purpose-built VO panel for:
- Voice library browsing and previews
- Credit-style cost visibility per take
- Library of previous generates
- Same account across AE and Premiere
The plugin route (recommended for weekly VO)
- Install Keyweaver Manager → Premiere Pro tab → Trillian.
- Quit/reopen Premiere → Extensions → Keyweaver - Trillian.
- Paste script, choose voice, generate, import.

For final brand spots, many teams still hire talent - and use AI for animatics. That is a normal hybrid workflow.
